Why are Seasons 3 & 4 all jumbled up in the credits?

Are we not currently in Season 4? Then why are all of the new shows being listed as Season 3 in the credits? It is creating a very confusing situation as some episodes are overlaying others. I tried to report this, but there is no way to correct it. I hope the editors see this.
