Well, why is the dude pretending to look for a wife when he got 1 at home, i seriously felt bad for the indian family he was courting.
As i'm not really sure this whole "let's make fun of this fool" they got goin' with Karl is ...cool.

And anyway, despite of it all, it was still a refreshing & different view on the popular trend of "travelling documentaries", lately the few stuff i got my hands on from Britain (or the Commonwealth in general) left me with a bitter feeling of disappointment (because it used to be so much better, just in the last few years), this didn't.

That's what i was saying, no relation toward being drunk, using slang from hell or whatnot, loord.

I saw what You meant from even the first post.

They never married as he says the only reason to get married is so kids have same surname and he doesn't want kids :D

But they still together - he has a book about the show and in fact he says if Suzanne left him he'd not want to get another partner because he likes the way she did things so he'd only be comparing future people to her.

So yes it is toying with people - I though it was mean to the family because they thought maybe he could be real match but it was only fake interest - he "wouldn't tell them about Suzanne, as [he] wanted to see how far [he] could get and if [he] could pass the test" (p.43.)

If u buy this stuff, I reccomend the book because it gives extra informations and thoughts whereas the show sometimes has reruns for free ;)
