shareWell if her ex is that big of a douche and has lots of money, he could easily hire a PI to look in on her every move. I was thinking the same thing, it was risky to start a relationship with this guy that she had known for only a few weeks. Especially with him being homeless. He wasn't a bad guy at all, but that's the kind of thing that would make a judge say that she's not a good mother and doesn't put the well-being of her daughter first.
