Here's why you should have to take a test to be on a jury
I watched this movie and was left with two questions about the outcome:
1. Why didn't Nichols get the death penalty?, and
2. How many people do you have to kill in Georgia, notably a Judge and a law enforcement officer, to get it?

Jurors told Superior Court Judge James Bodiford on Friday night that they were deadlocked, with nine in favor of death and three in favor of life without parole.
As for #2, I think to some people it does not matter how many.
