SNUBBED by Oscars

Oscar has a looooooong history of ignoring the obvious best choices for this category year after year. Long ago it was alleged that the problem was Academy members voting for films they'd heard of but hadn't actually seen. Voting rules were modified in an attempt to address this but it doesn't seened to have changed much.
