Patch Darragh's performance as the air traffic controller? He only had one big scene and a brief snippet later on but he projected such decency as the ATC that I was surprised just how moved I was when the guy thinks the plane's crashed and he's responsible. Just think about that for a moment. An actor you've never heard of comes on screen, has one scene as a supporting player, and by the end of it he's gotten to you enough that you're really empathising with him. I love it when that happens.

I was very impressed by him as well. There was a lot of feeling in his dialogue, even though it was not over the top. If anything, it was underplayed, and it seemed very real.
