Was the girl that was talking to Hannah her sister or friend or something?? It was kind of weird how she just popped in every now and then

Are you referring to the blonde girl? That's ButterflyAna. She's the creator of the pro-Ana website and the girl that Hannah talks to online. She isn't really in Hannah's room. She replays conversations she has had online with ButterflyAna as if she was there in person. A lot of it is Hannah's imagination because the eating disorder is messing with her mind.
