Aerial shots along the movie
What did they use to get such fantastic aerial shots throughout the movie? Was it a drone or something?

Yes, I was thinking the same thing, a huge drone. I copter has way too much vibration, although there is image stabilization software now, but still I'm going with a massive drone with a lightweight HD camera. Too good for a GoPro I think. They probably make drones with side thrusters that can automatically hold a position even with wind.
shareDJI has some pretty solid drones available that use a gimball system to keep the 4K cameras as steady as a tripod. They are not very big at all and extremely easy to fly. I've been a drone pilot for 3 years now. Check them out. They are an amazing peice of equipment and not very expensive.
