Just the fact that all Kurt's "friends" are so evasive to this day...

Should be proof that Kurt was murdered

At the time I can see why they were evasive - they were all druggies feeding off a crazy woman who was prone to violence. However if it was just about being paranoid junkies, the statute of limitations are long over for anything they could be hung up on legally for using and dealing. Being scared of Courtney might be a reason to stay silent in the short term, but eventually you stop being afraid.

The only reason they are still evasive is because they knew or assisted someone commit murder and then tried to cover it up - there is no statute of limitations for murder.

If they were ever convicted they know that the public would be so outraged (even people that weren't fans) that those who don't go to death row, will probably spend very lengthy sentences.

How is that proof? They have been accused of being involved in the 'murder' plot a beloved musical icon. It's normal and smart that they don't address the theory. It's not like they are hiding. Dylan is still making music (and he has addressed the murder nutters on Twitter several times) and Cali is an artist and designer who is also on the public eye. They aren't hiding, they are getting on with their lives.

And they weren't evasive THEN either. Cali went to Tom Grant's office at his request. Courtney gave Grant Cali's address but he didn't bother to go and see him. Dylan was with Grant numerous times. Grant knew where Dylan lived and how to contact him but did he bother? Pat Smear went to see Grant himself.

Please provide proof that they are covering up Kurt's murder. And lying? Because Saint Tom NEVER does that does he?

Shame on them for not wanting to relive the trauma of losing a close friend whom they admired! They're obviously covering something up.

They've not exactly come out and rubbished Soaked in Bleach either and it's been seen by a great many people. You'd think if Love was innocent they'd shout it and discredit SiB. Paid Love trolls on this page have got nothing to say to that.

I doubt any of them besides Courtney even pays attention to stuff like this. Most people who actually knew Kurt aren't interested in profiting off his death. They'd just be beating a dead horse anyway. There's no new information presented in this film that hasn't been available for the last 20 years. They are under no obligation to prove their innocence. The burden of proof lies solely on the accuser to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to show that they're guilty. None of the evidence presented here would hold up in a court of law.
