Why is it so hard to fathom?

You people are so convinced that Courtney Love is so innocent. Why? She's a human being with faults. People act like celebrities aren't capable of doing anything wrong, ever. It's ridiculous. She was more than willing to do whatever it took to get fame & fortune. It's called "greed."

reply

Some people are just very cynical. Is it because she's a celebrity it seems far-fetched? A celebrity isn't capable of doing this? It has happened before with major Hollywood celebrities more famous than Love. Her own father said she was capable of having killed Kurt. What does that tell you? That's the kind of personality she has. Her dream was to be famous and she tried very hard to accomplish that including stalking rock stars and making all the right connections. She stopped at nothing and the crazy thing is it actually happened for her. That's the kind of extreme personality she is. Murder is not out of the realms of possibility for such a person. She is a crazy fantasist who will stop at nothing to get what she wants.

Well said. If Grant and followers are to believed Courtney Love must be as powerful as the frikin mafia! And she was apparently able to gain the services of people who previously had no history of violence, criminal activity (and seemingly no moral compass), managing to convince them to be part of a murder conspiracy involving a hit on the world’s most famous rock star AND her bass player.

It's silly.

Those people were heroin addicts with no resources to get their hands on heroin without her, do u understand what a addict of that nature is willing to do to stay connected? She could have very well extorted them.....it happens a lot with these type of people, and a Sociopathic personality like hers is very manipulative and convincing

reply

Kurt was also a heroin addict and was their friend. The money was his. They used to do drugs WITH him. Why kill their supplier? They could have also informed Kurt of her plan (assuming there was one) and they would have been set for life It's a stretch that any of these people had the ability mentally and physically to pull off a murder and make it look like suicide.

You are blind to the truth. It's staring you in the face. I won't waste my breath. You seem to pop up in every thread I post in.

And why is it so hard to fathom that a heroin addict with a history of depression turned a gun on himself? I know several people who have lost family members in literally the exact same manner. Just because these people were/are famous or rich does not make the effects of drug addiction any different—in fact, it's probably worse given the fact that money was dispensable to them, thus streamlined access to all the heroin they could ever want.

The Kurt truthers will not be satisfied until Courtney Love is imprisoned and/or murdered irrespective of whether or not she's actually guilty of anything. People hold onto this for dear life, and the saddest part is most of them present themselves as if they actually knew Kurt Cobain.

The "Courtney killed Kurt" claim is no different than other pop culture falsities like "Tupac is still alive" or "Mama Cass died eating a ham sandwich." I've heard people even go so far as to claim that Courtney paid off the SPD to "cover up" the crime. It's just completely absurd.

Also, Courtney was already "famous" when he died and had already had a successful record under her belt before she even hooked up with Cobain, and just because she comes off as materialistic or neurotic does not mean she's a murderess.

Moreover, if this film or Tom Grant's claims held any water (or if there had ever been any reason to actually investigate a potential crime), she would've been charged decades ago.

This documentary paints a fairly convincing picture if you aren't reading between the lines, but the reality is that it presents nothing remotely compelling and relies entirely on Z-grade re-enactments accompanied by soundbites and presented entirely out of context to make Courtney look like a textbook villain, and Kurt as some meek angelic beta-male who got hoodwinked by the femme fatale. I frankly believe the man deserves a bit more credit than that, but apparently his "true fans" do not.

Is this piece the only thing related to this whole story and situation that's been going on for years? There is plenty more out there and it's not like this is one person pushing claims and passing them off as fact. Have you listened to interviews with his family and friends? Yeah, I'd take their word over some Courtney loser.

I love the fact that you compare this to the Tupac being alive *beep* Two completely different situations with nothing in common. Also, the argument isn't the theories that Kurt is still alive, so please tell me how that even applies?

How is it so far fetched that Courtney paid someone like the SPD to get involved with a corrupt act? Law enforcement and the government aren't innocent and things like this have happened plenty of times before this, not that it's even true when it comes to this situation.

Look at the inconsistency of this death and you might get your head out of your ass.

"Have you listened to interviews with his family and friends? Yeah, I'd take their word over some Courtney loser".

Which interviews are you refering to?

reply

I am fully convinced without a doubt that Courtney pushed him to do it by driving him insane with her borderline personality or more likely he was mutdered by someone she hired.

She is an absolute sociopath so she doesn't feel any guilt about it whatsoever. It is interesting to listen to her talk about it and how she chain smokes. Utterly creepy.

People are blind to the facts and for whatever reason like to look at this whole situation and story of Kurt with complete ignorance.

Common sense and reasoning are not strong with these ones!

reply

It seems pretty easy to murder someone, if that someone had a history of drug use and depression. I don't think it's far fetched at all.

Oh, and from all accounts Courtney was/is psycho. Doesn't exactly help her cause to drown the crazy conspiracy theorists does it?
