i dont get why sterilizing everyone would be the end of mankind.

i just dont get all the plotholes in this show ,surely it wouldn't mean the end of mankind even if every person on earth would be sterile suddenly.

there are hundreds of facilities around the world where they store frozen embryos and even more places where they store frozen sperm , none of that would have been affected by the Noa objective.

i am fairly sure that it would have been possible to fertilize some of those embryos to make mankind survive.

This is a show where they had an exterminator walking around an old building with a flame thrower to kill rats, Bats flying in arctic temperatures and just hanging out on a solar panel for weeks, etc. If the people who watch this show cared about plot holes it never would have made it to season 2.
