The Two Most Naieve

I'd have to say the fat video-game player and the Australian.

These guys need some self-awareness. I felt sorry for the fat guy. He ended up chasing probably the hottest girl on the show. What was he seriously thinking? I can KIND of understand the idea that a "poor, Ukrainian woman" would look at him as rich, and that enough would get her to the USA. But do you really think she'd stay with you? Once back in the USA, you'd continue to get fat, and you'd be playing video games all the time. She'd meet someone much better looking and dump you. Gotta be more self-aware bro; try and marry someone more your type.

The Australian guy was just as naieve. I could tell the way she looked at him (or didn't) that she wasn't interested. Every time he hugged her she almost looked repulsed. And every time he tried kissing her, she'd turn her cheek just a tad so that she didn't have to kiss him on the mouth.

The one that kind of surprised me was the Wisconsin dairy farmer. It sure looked like he and his girl had something genuine. But as soon as he was taken for some money, I knew he'd been scammed (as did he)

Kind of felt sorry for some of these guys. Love doesn't come easy. You can't sit around on your ass, never work out, and play video games all the time and think that a super-hot woman is going to want you.

Most ridiculous part of it was the fat guy clearly didn't learn his lesson the first time and yet again is trying to go after an overtly sexy woman who is almost on the same league as the first girl.

Yeah, good point. I forgot about that!

It's not b/c the guys aren't working out and are out of shape, etc. that they're not getting the girl; they're not getting the girl b/c they don't know how to interact with women. Plenty of hot girls date guys who don't look half as physically attractive as they do, if the man can make the woman feel something. Men are attracted to physical beauty. Women are attracted to confidence and leadership. Most men make the mistake of assuming attraction works the same way with women that it does for men, and they couldn't be more inaccurate. That's why these guys are alone. Most men don't realize you can get attractive women; you just have to know how to interact with them.

The format of what they're trying to do makes no sense to me. It's online dating except the people are thousands of miles away and it costs $10 a message because you can't understand what the other person is writing... That is insane. I have gone on many dates that didn't cost $10. Days/weeks/months of messaging is ridiculous unless you're looking for a pen pal.

After you have spent $10k on messages and $5k on a trip to see her, you still can't communicate with each other because of the language barrier. It is pointless. All the guys chasing women in this film who didn't speak English were getting scammed or otherwise used and led on.

I was practically screaming at the tv when the Australian chap ignored the email from the girl trying to help him. The other guy I agree was so naive and was so obviously being scammed. If they company had any kind of ethics then when they did the translations and read the letters, they should warn users with red flags that things don't seem right with a particular girl, if she's not offering personal information or continually asking for money, after all if they have hundreds of Ukrainian women wanting to find an American man to marry, then booting off the occasional scammer shouldn't hurt their website too much. The guy spent 10 grand, they should have had some kind of cut off point like, if you spent 500 dollars in one year then no more fees for a year, it just seems so unethical to me to charge that much.

I felt really sorry for the dairy farmer guy, he seemed a little shy and awkward and just lonely, he didn't deserve to get taken for that money.

That Angelina Jolie "look alike" was the ugliest women on the documentary and her face screamed bad plastic surgeries.
