Not as good as the first season/series

I just got finished watching the second season and it really doesn't hold up to the first. The storyline was really paper thin(I know, I am talking about anime) and seemed to be padded. It really seemed like about a 5 episode arc they pushed out to 12. I liked that they resolved the Satellizer and younger brother situation even though the outcome was not what I was hoping for. I also don't think Kazuya had as big a role as in the last series and almost seemed pushed to the sidelines in favor of plot and a few of the last series bit players. Overall decent watch with great fan service.

BTW if anyone could please tell me what the "President" Chiffon was? I know they said she was an "anti Nova" whatever that was. Was she a machine/clone or just one of the first Pandora that received Maria's mojo? At least she finally opened her eyes, lol. I kept thinking her and Brock from Pokemon would make a great couple. I know they had the whole wrath of "God" storyline going on but it got kind of confusing at the end.

Chliffon was a true Pandora. She consider herself not human. On the Wiki it said she was actually around 40 years old I think. I can't remember off the top of my head.
