Has this gotten a general release in the USA?

Also available on netflix. Just watched. I really enjoyed it. I thought prohibition was something of the past. Now I read that certain aboriginal communities can not drink, but the whites can!?! I would probably want to kill someone if I was being locked up for drinking by a men that are allowed to drink. When I was younger I internalized unfairness and it made me self destructive at times, depressed you could call it. I can only imagine that criminalizing this population for struggling with personal issues is making life worse. This movie is very interesting and really brings the idea of how the laws can make second class citizens out of people when it is not applied fairly and evenly to all.
