I am really dumb so forgive me but... were they really sisters or did Jessica Biel get punked by the hooker?

About the ending ..... did Biel kill the dude? Or is it left up to the viewer to decide his fate?

Yes they were sisters and she did kill him

Yea I'm afraid that the only fate that the viewers can decide on is how many years May will get for killing that scumbag.
