Does anyone know the name of the actress who played the adoptive mother at the very end? Or recongize her from something? I know her from somewhere but can not remember! Lol. She isnt listed on the cast for some reason

I was thinking the same thing and then it hit me - isn't it Kelly Packard from California Dreams? Lol so random!

Yes , it was Kelly Packard. She was also on Baywatch, and Ripley's Beleive it or not.
