Jesse's phone rang, but Matt couldn't answer it because it was locked. But I thought it was mandatory that all phones were able to make emergency calls, even if they were locked. I know all the phones I've owned were able to. And it's 2015 (at the time).
shareYeah I've never seen a phone do that for an incoming call and I have a password on my phone. He should have been able to just answer the phone period. But yes many phones do also have an emergency call feature as well that does not require password access.

shareAlot of phones can recieve calls even if locked..alot have 911 on lock screen..doesnt make sense.
