Is something wrong with Sam Elliott's neck?

Nearly always his head's leaning to his right side, like he can't hold it upright. Is that supposed to look becoming/attractive, or does he have some physical ailment that he can't keep his head straight? If it's supposed to be attractive, I sure didn't find it so.
