Am I the only one that thinks Paul slept with one of the hookers he drove by and passed it on to her? She would pass it on almost immediately. That is why the two were safe in the end because he passed it on. Am I way off?
Its open to interpretation. I don't think Paul passed it on. He thought about it but I don't think he went through with it because he was brave. He wasn't like the guy who gave it to Jay, that was always terrified anytime there was someone in the distance & went as far as chloroforming a girl to be safer. Paul stood up to it when IT attacked Jay at the beach, he shot at IT in the pool. Based on that I don't think he would behave like the other guy & pass it on to other people and get them killed to temporarily escape. I think he would face it.

shareIMO, I think the point of that scene was to show he considered it, but decided that wasn't the way to go. Plus, sleep with a hooker and lose IT, but lord knows what he might get from the hooker. ;)
