No, sorry, but it is hideous! She looks like a man. Very short hair on women seldom looks good- 99% of the time any super short cut looks objectively worse than a longer style on the same person. Naomi's hair looks almost identical to Filip's in S05. Perhaps this was intentional considering were supposed to believe they are related, despite them being almost identical in age.
You can choose to be intentionally dense and pretend that "she's beautiful just how she is" or some other platitudinal nonsense that people like to say nowadays- but beauty is still, and always had been, objective. Lizzo in a seethrough dress will never be sexy to the vast majority of normal healthy people, nor will Naomi Nagata with that horrible haircut. Lie to yourself if you must, if it makes you feel better about your own life.
