shareWhile I knew this was most likely going to be cancelled due to poor ratings I am still disappointed because it was a good story and we will never see how it ends.
I wonder how things were going end up in season 2 for crazy Rowan. Her fiancé Simon returned from the dead she thought she was crazy, she accepted he was alive told him she loved him and had sex with him, was going to leave with him with their daughter and backed out last minute to stay with her 2nd fiancé.
Lured Simon until her house told him he killed himself all those years ago he said he did not remember then her 2nd fiancé the sheriff shot him.
He returned to life after that and said good bye to his daughter tried to leave town when he came across the crazy lady who was trying to blow the dam to destroy the town.
His final scene was running back to town to warn Rowan and save their daughter.
Rowan's final scene was when the fake psychic turned real psychic said the voices told her when the father of the baby she was pregnant with (Simon) came to warn Rowan she should listen.
Now that really made me want to see the second season.
This becomes a catch 22. No one watches because they expect it to be cancelled. With poor ratings shows get canceled.
In days of yore shows would get at least two seasons so this wasn't an issue. Many shows found a better groove at the end of season one but it wasn't enough. Shortsighted network morons
This is sad news to me. While the first 3-4 EPs were very much like the French version (almost boringly so as some said), I thought that after that it really started to turn into something better. Yes, I said it: I thought it was becoming better than the French version.
Question: did the first season even end. or was the plug pulled? Did the even get a chance to film that last EP(s)? It seems to me that we never got to the same point as the final French EP.

shareRead that too. Another post, someone mentioned that its being "renewed" by Netflix. I'm waiting for the French ver. season 2, supposedly it was going to be passed on the Sundance channel, but I don't know.
I only saw 5 episodes, that was over the last 3 days. Read it got canceled sdo I didn't even bother, read about the episodes. Sucks.
