English subs?

reply

Yep, finally found them after all my whining :)

BUT... you will have to adjust the timings a little; just use Subtitle Workshop, choose 'Edit', select 'Timings', and set both the time for the first subtitle and the last subtitle and save. That's it! : )

Cheers!

I have over 6000 films now, many of them very rare and OOP. I LOVE to trade. PLEASE ASK! 

Appreciate you asking, but I don't do the 'Genuine' thing since although I've been an Audio / Videophile collector for over 30 years, especially when it comes to ANYTHING digital, I have absolutely no interest in having the 'Real' thing just to fill the pockets of the money-grasping B@stards who have bent us over for the last 30 years for $20 a CD and $30 a movie and expect us to LIKE it (this, when all is said and done for a piece of generic plasti-metal worth all of maybe 2 cents) A digital file is a digital file. Althoughm I DO appreciate that the boxes and packaging can sometimes be kind of nice. I have some sets that I really like, like the LOTR Extended Blu-ray box set, the ALIEN Blu-ray box set, the Universal Monsters Blu-ray box set, and a few others. And, at the moment, I have to admit that I AM kind of lusting after the new TWIN PEAKS: The Entire Mystery Blu-ray box set, but the li'l bugger is still about $80  I already have all the full Blu-ray lossless prints from a site in Russia of both seasons and the film, but I am missing a couple of the extras (I also have a unique fan-edit of the film which re-incorporates all the HD deleted footage which comes with the new set, making a nice uncut HD Blu-ray version of the film)

Now, if you are talking vinyl, well, that IS different. I DO very much enjoy collecting vinyl records, because as an Audiophile, that is what I listen to when I do my high end listening, and a regular person CAN'T just duplicate a vinyl record, it is unique. And, there are Audiophile pressings or Imports which are of higher quality.

Heh... sorry to go on like this, but I feel pretty strongly about the concept of the big companies continually serial-raping us in order to have THEIR packaging 

However, I still collect and have some REALLY rare films and such, many of which are generally either hard to find or may be commercially unavailable. So, as I mention in my signature line, I am ALWAYS happy to trade copies with people if they also do the same thing. As a matter of fact, that is how I have gotten many of my rare films and such, is trading with other collectors from around the world.

Since you mention Asian films, let me whet your appetite a little by telling you that recently I was able to get the full 'LONE WOLF & CUB' series of 6 films, full HD prints from the actual Japanese Blu-rays, which currently go used for over $250. Also, I recently got full HD prints with TrueHD audio of the 4 films from the 'GHOST IN THE SHELL: ARISE' set from the actual Japanese Blu-rays 

If you or anyone else wishes to see my movie lists, just send me an e'mail (it is listed here in my profile) and I will be happy to send them by way of reply.

Cheers!
