How the heck is Mr Rogers?

How is he? Deceased.

Darn it! Another typo or something careless - "Who the Heck is Mr Rogers?" was supposed to be the question. IMDb supplies some of the answer but I don't believe many outside of the US (and possibly Canada?) had heard of him.

He seems to have been huge in the US but unknown anywhere else. I suspect this film will do badly abroad.
