Dis we really need this movie?

If yes , WHY?

reply

I never had any interest in Mr Rogers but apparently he really was a nice man and wasn't a closet perv or pedophile or megamaniac..
So yeah...maybe we do need this.

The last movie I saw in the theater was Once Upon a Time In Hollywood and it’s been years since I’ve stepped in a theater before that. The coming attractions were junk and just reminded me why I don’t go to a theater more often except one: Mr Rogers.

It feels real good to walk streets again, after being in jail, doing 7-10...

Every time I think of this, I see Eddie Murphy on SNL.

Do we really NEED any movie?

This looks like a good movie so I plan on giving it a look.

reply

It was a movie that dealt with feelings all humans deal with, so I think everyone can relate and learn from the movie.

Because I think people need a reminder that there are genuinely decent people in this world and that kindness, empathy, and compassion can make a difference. And I think millennials need to hear this message the most. Once Fred died, has anyone else really come close to replacing him for millennials? The only one I can think of is Bill Cosby and look what he was revealed to be.

The movie isn't about Tom Hanks (although I have no idea what you have against him), it's about Fred Rogers.

reply

Yes we really do need this movie. It's very important to see.
