Would a body really burn up like that where there were only little bits a pieces left over? Seems hard to believe you could get that result from some wood piled on top of a body. No teeth? Did the bones just melt? Truly my only problem with this otherwise amazing Hitchcockian thriller

shareThat was my problem.. I smelled burning bodies when I was in Iraq, and I'll never get that smell out of my nose again..
shareThis was a hole in the plot at the beginning I had a hard time not thinking about for the rest of the movie. No way Dale would have missed the smell of burning human flesh.
