Are the executives at Nick, braindead or something?

For the past 6 years, it's been the same terrible cartoons and it keeps getting worse! First we got Fanboy & Chum Chum, then Sanjay & Craig, then Breadwinners, and now this? What the hell is wrong with Nickelodeon, these days? Do they think all kids are mentally challenged or something? Not even reviving their classic roster of shows like Rugrats and Hey Arnold! can save them. They've dug their own grave! Might as well have Cartoon Network buy their entire classic library of 80s, 90s, and 2000s cartoons and live-action shows.
