Tbh it doesn't really do it for me. I won't mind seeing it, I'm just not excited to see it.

Looks okay and actually more original than The Darkness. Still somewhat surprised it and The Darkness aren't going direct to VOD in spite of their name casts though. Both even have name directors to a point.

Yeah, I think Jason Blum decided to make Blumhouse Tilt for movies that he would've preferred to release VOD and now they can at least get a 1,200-1,500 theater run. Because this and The Darkness were BH Tilt films.
