I think there will be a new season and hope so. Much more entertaining than Gold Rush.

Gold Rush too often gives the impression that the producers have a heavy hand in what happens. Prospectors appears to be spontaneous.

I just watched several episodes 3/2/15, very late at night. I didn't notice if they were new ones or reruns, but it is still being played, at least.
