Put 'spoiler' in the thread title.

Don't tell everyone what happened in the thread title. Some come here to see what those who have seen the movie think of it.

reply

Most people are considerate, but some include things that happen IN the title. Anyone who regularly uses IMDB should know better. Those who Review it put "Spoilers included" at the beginning of their reviews.
In the thread answers, it's so easy to use the Spoiler link above.

Very easy to do.. :)

reply

Sorry to say this, but realistically, if you don't want to be spoiled, you shouldn't be on such a forum.

This movie stinks like spoiled eggs

reply

Vincent irazarry himself! Thanks for acknowledging it!

reply

Really? You are so wrong. Check my thread about spoilers.
Many people have asked not to put spoilers in the thread title, OR in your comments.
It's not that difficult to figure out that what you put could ruin it for those who haven't seen the movie.

Hey, I'm not the problem. I'm only a fraction of the problem. Do you really believe you can convince millions of people who visit IMDB, or any other forum for TV shows and movies, to begin to be cautious of spoilers when they come to the board all excited about what they just saw and want to talk about it? If, so, then more power to you.

reply

^ True that, really. You open yourself up to spoilers by looking at a discussion board where, odds are, most of the comments are from people who saw the movie and are talking about what happened in it. Sometimes I do look at boards ahead of time anyway just to see what's been said of the thing and gauge the general reaction, but if I'm really serious about not being spoiled, I either avoid that or am extremely careful where I look/click.

That said, spoiler warnings for major things that people definitely wouldn't want to know beforehand are common courtesy and should be remembered as often as possible.

reply

You can't spoil this movie. The movie itself takes care of that.
