Oliver killed Wes

What makes you think that?
What possible reason would Oliver have to kill Wes?

Before the boards got disabled someone else said that they think Oliver is the killer. Their theory is that Oliver is Sams kid and he found out that Wes was the one that killed Sam.

It is a strong possibility now. He's probably the one person that nobody has suspected on the show.

I just hope Wes is really dead but because it would be a bit of a stretch if the "oh, the body went missing/was cremated" means he somehow faked his death.

I think he did it because maybe he found out that Wes was going to the police and Oliver really wants this job with Annelise. What made me think it was Oliver was when he said he's a good liar and said he lied about backing up Annalise's phone. He really didn't lie about that but also that shows that he could have lied about more.
