Why do they always...(SPOILERS!)
...use a sick and dying child?!
I've said it before but it just really sucks when you try to escape reality for a minute and they use the ole faithful emotional cue of a sick and dying child to reel you in.
For those of us living it every day or for those that have, it's a sudden heavy weight placed on your chest and detaching yourself from those scenes becomes nearly impossible.
It's used in tons of movies and I just wish they would use something else besides such a tremendous pain for some of us who are hoping to escape the noose of loss for a little while.
Not to mention most of the time its not even close to what really happens in some of these situations! :p
