I just read that someplace else

I'm just hoping that women's will pick it up

someone said that we have a Canadian version of hallmark...if so, I definitely dont' know about it...and since I don't get extra cable, I'd be out of luck...

but we havent' seen the movie from last year.....lol..least of all this year's coming, and the tv series..

I know that Catherine will be in it...but what about jake too....

does anyone know

because it might be hard for chris potter...well depends if heartland is picked up for another year......

but then again, if it's not starting until 2015.....that could be a deal......because heartland's almost done their airing for right now....

Catherine is a lock for sure but I don't know about Chris Potter. Can't imagine them doing it without him though.

I guess we'll find out more as the year progresses?

found out that yes there is a Canadian version of hallmark...

but it's not on rogers..it's on bell

which of course I don't have..

but, even then...I probably wouldn't get it, even if it was on rogers...since I don't have the extra stations...

cross your fingers...that we'll get the series...

no matter which station carries it

otherwise, I'm going to look for it on dvd...around 2017....lol

but first, I don't have bell on my computer....and I'm not sure if the library does..the series I'm talking about...

and, two....I don't pay enough on my computer to watch all kinds of stuff....either

and since he's already on one series...here...heartland....that's why I'm saying is he doing another one....

I don't know if heartland is coming back or not, next year......so...shouldn't say...

I really hope that they don't age the baby...lol...enough of that on soaps......

I could see maybe making the baby like in kindergarden...but......because the other kids really have gone their separate ways...the Brandon's already in college...and isn't laurie about to graduate highschool anyway.....so they could send her off to college as well...

but, dont' make the baby a pre-teen

I just tried to see if I couldn't watch cedar cove on line.....

and I guess that for us Canadians it's out of the question.....

they give you times, plot lines, and everything, but a button to say here, watch...

so, looks like I'm out of luck..

if the Canadian version of hall mark would get it's own site...then yeah..i could watch....

but.... not at the moment...

I'm a bit lost as to what you're saying, not sure what is "cedar cove", a show? What is 'a bell on your computer'? Did you mean Catherine? LOL! I'm so lost at everything you wrote. But I think I told you, I can fetch you a link and you can watch it for free online, not blocked in Canada. I think I gave the link to someone else, I guess it wasn't you.

cedar cove is a tv series.....I believe that in the US it's aired on hallmark channel....but, we get it here on W...

Bell.....you can have it as your provider...it's also your phone provider......and you can have it as your cable tv provider.....

so.....hallmark channel in Canada, what I read is done only on bell cable tv..

I have rogers....

if you e-mail someone, and they have part of their addy...

sympatico...that means that they have bell as their ISP....

AHHH!! Of course, "Bell Canada"! Capitals are your friend! You wrote "bell" in lowercase, hence my confusion. You always write like that? LOL! Also I'm confused by your name, you sign 'susan' but your aka is 'suzan28', any particular reason why one has an S, the other a Z?

my name is spelt the usual way susan but my dad's first name was zaneck zan for short...

he chickened out when he went to sign the adoption papers....in putting my name suzan.....

so when I got my computer name my brother in law knew that and spelt it suzan......

but I always got used to doing my name susan.....

so that's the story......

at one time I wanted to change it, when I was in high school, but gave that up...

my sister wanted to do the same with her name, changing her name from cathy to Catherine...

so neither of us got our wish......

both my parents had to go to court or whatever it was, beause their names got changed once they entered shool....

my dad's first name, and my mom's last name

That's a shame that you deleted your messages on the Chris Potter board. I know it is very slow moving on there. I am a fan of his and often visit the Board to see if anything is happening.

I sure hope he will be doing the series as to be honest I will not be bothering with the series if he is recast as he is the reason I started watching The Good Witch movies and buy them. Did you know they are releasing the second Good Witch movie "Good Witch's Garden" onto DVD.

he's not always on heartland...but doing the tv movies, could have been why....

with fmiling like three months..(assuming) of the year for the movie..and then another three for heartland.....

and I think that they're done on opposite ends of the country...

with heartland being in alberta......and I think that maybe witch is done around the greater Toronto area.....(could be wrong) but 1000 of km's apart....

tim (his character) doesn't need to be on the show all that much he's sort of not the central character....

so they can still work around him.......say that he's off visiting his son, or something.....

me, I know that whoever is playing the parts on good witch, and I can't see the show...so, I'm going to hate.....

there was a series of books....by Debbie mcomber(sp)......romance called cedar cove and they made it into a series...

they've reissued the books, because of this now.......

so, they are available at the library....or at your local bookstore......as they say

So have they finished filming this year's episode yet? Somehow I don't see this happening as a series. It should have been made so from the beginning. I hope you guys are right but in the beginning, when the kids were smaller and the grandpa was around, it was at its best. Unless they plan to axe those kids and jump in time to make the baby a pre-teen...

or at least after the second movie...

I agree..

why wait until what the 7th movie to make it into a series...

I would like for the baby to be around 5.....

Chris Potter is now listed in the series cast along with Bailee Madison (playing teenage Grace, I guess). I also saw that James Denton will be joining the cast as a "bad guy" neighbor that might cause problems for Cassie and Jake.....

And for all those asking, there's a "The Good Witch" TV show board started here on IMDb now. And the info/cast page says that Chris Potter will be playing Jake (strangely he's the only one listed when we know Catherine has signed up already). Hopefully that is true.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the next (last?) Good Witch movie has an airdate now. October 25th. That is the TV movie that will be the last to air until the series happens, sometime in 2015 apparently. Looking forward to seeing if they 'set up' the TV series or not.

I haven't heard anything more about the series itself but maybe after the movie has aired?

omg! this is so exciting! i love the tv movies so far so i can't wait for the tv series. i hope catherine bell stays on because she is what makes this entire show for me. i can't imagine a worthy replacement.

Saw Catherine tweet that they start filming on 29 October hopefully we will hear some more info about casting once they start. Fingers crossed that Chris Potter will be part of the cast.

Sorry to say but he's not.
Hallmark demanded he break his contract with CBC's Heartland rather than work together to allow his continuing with the Good Witch series. (10 episodes )
He wasn't going to leave Heartland high and dry on such short notice.
That's showbiz.
They kill Jake off.

That's really disappointing to hear but not entirely surprised after hearing James Denton had joined the show. Still interested in the show but not so enthusiastic about it now. I'm glad Chris didn't leave Heartland.
