Repetition

I feel like most of this movie series just repeats the same theme over and over, and certain characters are in a cycle. Cassie tries to weave everything into place. Jake is busy working. Lori is having growing pains. Grandpa is worried about getting older and being out of the loop. Brandon is a twerp who thinks he's an adult, and in at least two of the movies he's like a 12 year old rushing to get married. Then it repeats in the next one.
