Bad plus badly done!

What a terrifically awful move. I wont go into the ridiculous plot or some of the acting although those are some of the reasons to watch in wonder and awe. The icing on this "cake" though is the production itself. The cutaways to rushing water and ice is never explained but is used constantly (and that is an understatement). Perhaps the director thought it was an appropriate segue for anything. (It isn't).
Also as an added bonus, the movie is shot in a lot of close up which is fine I guess except in one particular scene, they decided NOT to use closeup and forgot to tell poor Tracy Nelson. She is sitting have dinner and chatting with some people and as she passes food and spoons some onto her own plate, it is abundantly clear she is miming the whole thing - no plates or spoons in her hand. And no one caught this in the edit or if they did, they thought it was fine. And it is fine - in the most bizarre way. I hope Tracy got some big bucks for this.
