is he always looks like hes smiling a little.
he can never look serious

I was thinking the exact same thing! He always has a slight smile on in face even during intense moments where he's not supposed to... maybe that's just his face? Haha

MichieGurl, I think that he isn't experienced enough as actor and doesn't know how to portray this character.

BTW, I've heard your song "Weapons", I like your voice and wish you good luck with singing and songwriting. 

I thought he always looks smug, it's annoying. I don't know if he's being directed that way or it's just how he wants to portray the character, or if he doesn't realize he's doing it.

I agree about Ruminer's expressions. One of the reasons I hated Crash is because it looked like he was laughing after he shot Max. But he had the same expression when he called Carter to say goodbye.

Poor Ruminer. He may not be able to help.
