Any updates on a new season?

Nothing yet from MTV officially and I am sure they will take their time and see how the new scripted shows fare before announcing anything on Finding Carter. In my opinion the show will not be coming back as the ratings got real bad at the end barely pulling 350K viewers and .18 ratings for first run airings which is not good at all.

I have read on another board the crew was told not to come back after the holiday break but take that with a grain of salt it is from a message board. I would watch for the actors taking new roles as a sure bet its been cancelled.

I stopped watching the show as it became so over the top and unbelievable but I always liked all the actors so I hope for them its renewed in some capacity. And for the fans that stuck around as well, the fact the show runner Emily Whitesell ended the show on a cliffhanger with its most likely favorite character in peril when the show was in real peril of getting cancelled was such a insult to those fans.

Unfortunately the series has been cancelled.. no season 3
