5 films and with Grindalwold as the big bad.

Ok, I know the first film is set in the 1920s. The big bad is Grindalwold. Who here thinks the 5 films will be a time jump films where the last film takes place in 1945. You know, the year where the famous duel between Dumbledore and Grindalwold happened.

"5 films and with Grindalwold as the big bad."

Someone is a Dexter fan I see. 

reply

I've never seen Dexter.

Oh. "The big bad" was a phrase coined by the Dexter writing team as they typically had a main, "big bad" villain each season of the show. I thought you were making a reference...never mind. 

reply

Alot of shows do that.

reply

Now. It was something that started with Dexter.

reply

Actually, Buffy was the first show where the writers used the term "big bad" for each season's villain.

reply

Well, how about that. You're right. Good job. 

reply

Was about to comment that. That's where I got the term from and thought they were the ones that started it (the term not the plot concept)
