the family dynamic is a bit contrived at times and there are cliches here and there and some of the medicine is a bit out there, but it is a close enough portrayal of healthcare in real life. I just like how everyone at every level is portrayed with such sincerity.
shareIf this is an accurate portrayal of health care in Canada, remind me not to get sick there. Just loved how griff walks into the OR carrying the bags of plasma. I guess they don't subscribe to the germ theory of disease up north. Anesthetist w/o a mask, I think not. Scrubbing before pulling your mask up, I think not. OTOH, at least the masks have the nose bend and aren't lying flat on the chest.
