Poor even for a B movie

I don't mind most B movies they can be fun but this is second rate in most departments. The acting isn't too bad and even the story could have worked if it had been executed better but it's just done so badly you really couldn't care less about any of the characters so it was just one tedious action scene after another. The last 10 minutes were pretty good but before that it was dreadful.
