shareHe does not look close enough to be mistaking for Harry. He does not have Harry's physic and his forehead is bigger than Harry's, which gives him away. Also no way in hell would the Queen or Britain allow Harry to go on such a trashy show. That would cause many to rethink the importance of the Monarchy, and join the republic mentality. Also there is another Harry look a like that could past even closer to Harry (way better looking too). There is also a Prince William look a like that would look more like Prince William than the Harry look a like. But Prince William being married to Kate Middleton would be too obvious.

shareHe has a little bit more leeway than William, but royalty cares about the family's reputation. Anything for TV would have to be tasteful which this isn't. I read that Queen Elizabeth ordered Harry to shave his beard because she didn't like it. No real freedom for the lad.
In reference to the OPs comment, all the "real" Harry would have to do is wear prosthetics, makeup, etc to make his features look a little off so that the viewers are fooled.
