Not a comedy

You know everything will end badly before the movie even starts - so why did I even bother to watch this creepy, tedious excuse of a movie? Well, I gave it a watch since Parker Posey was in it and she is mostly quirky and clever (at least I thought so from past projects). Sadly, nothing ever happened that was not predictable or the least bit humorous. Was this trying to be a twisted, updated version of "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House"? What was it trying to be, comedy or tragedy or what? It was a lot if effort for very little. Bleh!

Sorry if I sounded over the top and too critical with my above comment. But it was my honest reaction after the credits rolled.
