Girls that malnourished don't have gorgeous heads Of hair

Well, she'd lost a ton of weight "over the summer," so I don't think it would have affected her universally yet. Unfortunately, I've had a couple of anorexic friends, and it does take some time before the skin and hair are affected. Internal organs succumb much sooner, but I don't know about malnourishment causing an ectopic pregnancy - compromising a pregnancy, certainly, but "moving" it up into a Fallopian tube? I wonder about that.

The malnourishment didn't cause the fertilized egg to "move up", that's just plain silly. She had an ectopic pregnancy to begin with, the malnourishment just caused the miscarriage.

Unfortunately I have been suffering from malnourishment for nearly 2 years (due to a botched gallbladder surgery with multiple other complications) and my hair was the first the first to go, it was thick and elbow length in Jan 2015, and by June 2015 so much had fallen out I had to get a short pixie cut.
