Mia told her boss that she started with the company as a sophomore in high school and that she'd been with the company for ten years. Her son is nine years old. So, Mia had him when she was a junior in high school?

Yes, that's so unbelievable. Kids having kids in high school never happens! Horrors!

Probably explains why she didn't know anybody in high school. ie Nick.
