Milk Substitute


Okay. I've now seen multiple times when an aisle restriction—such as being restricted to the canned and frozen food aisles—has kept a contestant from getting milk; however, when that happens, the chef always seems to resort to using coconut milk. Do they not know that they could grab canned evaporated milk and reconstitute it, which would give them actual dairy milk?
