Wow very cheap

It's a want to be chopped. The music the grocery store the judges it all seems very cheap not feeling it

I love it! Guy is not my favorite but I can overlook him because I like this much better than Chopped.

if this TV show was on a TV show about TV shows.... it would lose. Too much going on, incoherent, and not quite done.

I disagree. I stopped watching Chopped a while back because it was just too serious. On the other hand, GGG is lighthearted and upbeat--it doesn't take itself too seriously, and I like that. It's fun and entertaining, and its top prize is double that of Chopped!

What are you talking about? This is nothing like Chopped.

The only thing that makes this like Chopped is that there are judges eating your food and one person is eliminated after each round.

Chopped: contestants are given a predetermined set of 4 items they MUST use that do not go together at all
GGG: contestants get to choose all of their ingredients with some restriction.

Chopped: appetizer, dinner, and dessert rounds, contestants can choose whatever they want to make.
GGG: contestants are given what theme or dish they must cook beforehand.

I see very little similarity.

Sure it's like Chopped, at least loosely.

Similarities:
4 contestants
3 judges
1 host
3 cooking competitions
1 contestant eliminated after each round
1 contestant ends up the winner

Sometime similarities:
Chopped - random, unrelated ingredients the contestants must use (always, in every round)
GGG - weird ingredient(s) the contestants must use (sometimes)

Chopped - restrictions on cooking method
GGG - restrictions on cooking method

Differences:
Chopped - way too serious!
GGG - lighthearted and fun

Chopped: $10,000 prize to the winner of 3rd round, period
GGG: Up to $20,000 to the winner of 3rd round, depending on how many shopping list items they find

Oh my God, you're right, its a rip off. I mean they have a Host, can you believe t, a host. Chopped invented the host, mever in the universe of game shows has there ever been a host.

And four contestants? Oh bring out the lawyers. I mean never been done before. That is a total knock off of chopped.

Seriously do yoi watch any food shows but these two? Top chef has three judges, and someone is eliminated. One person is the winner. All your 'similarities' could apply to almost any food challenge show on television.
