Is this supposed to be a comedy or what?

I didn't laugh even once. Maybe smiled a couple times. It was way, way, way too long and could have taken at least 20 minutes off. I am wondering who sang for the girl; she hardly moved her mouth or facial muscles at all? I can't recommend this movie, even for Bill Murray lovers (of which I am one).
