Seriously though, Lifetime's always received a unanimous "smh" reaction out of me, but have they really stooped to ripping off blockbusters and remaking them with a female protagonist? Come on guys, at least try to be original!
I never saw Taken. I liked it. I expected the usual hang wringing and helplessness of the mother back home. I did not expect a kick-ass mom and her female side-kick. It was actually refreshing to me.
