Need some wins

I am up to Episode 3 of S3 and have started to fast forward the inevitable Rhonda and Karsten scenes.
Tony and Nat need to have some wins instead of always being forced to capitulate to Jim/Rhonda.

There are very funny moments in each episode (like the Healthy Heart Week one where they turn the session with Simone into Family Feud) but the flow of the episodes have become predictable
