is it a good documentary?

NO! It even starts out with the maker saying that he knew NOTHING about it when he started.

Actually it does have some very good points to make about our corporate clothing companies exploitation of 3rd world labor. Many of these things I had no idea were this bad. I will verify of course, but if true it has changed the clothing I will buy for sure. Some of it is ham fisted but it should not be dismissed outright as it does have many good points and stories to tell.
