I'm sure I saw it coming

The movie was very weak but I was watching until they mentioned the handyman bringing his dog with him to work. I have no doubt the dog was sadistically killed at some point in the movie. I get so tired of them using innocent animals in that way. It seems to be a standard story line in a lot of Lifetime movies. Somebody tell me if I was wrong.
